After 3 long years, the Millport Country Music Festival was back this weekend, with several thousand country music fans from across Scotland and beyond descending on our wee island over two days. The weather cooperated Friday with the sky bursting into sunshine for the 6pm opening, and continued to shine throughout the festival. The line up of artists was amazing, with over 35 musicians over the two days, from Scotland, the UK, Ireland and the USA.
The team was in full form for the festival, with shirts made especially for the event and our own gin tent serving Cumbrae gin and tonics next to the Maverick Acoustic tent. It was lovely to see people come together for this great island event after such a long hiatus.
