It's been almost a year since our incorporation on September 11th, 2019.
After an unexpected setback of a global pandemic
and a super successful crowdfund campaign raising almost £25,000 from so many generous supporters, we are excited to share great news with you.
We are opening WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16TH!!!
Our gin process completed and bottled on the Isle of Bute,
she crossed the ocean (twice) to be greeted in royal Millport style by our own Millport piper, Eric Smith. Yes, the locals may have thought it was a bit over the top, but hey this is a cute Scottish island and this was a very handsome Scottish piper and after all this IS hand-crafted Scottish gin!
Our shop is looking beautiful, thanks to our fabulous Millport painter, John. Renovations are scheduled to be complete this week and after a lot of cleaning and a bit of window dressing we are set to open o
Wednesday, September the 16th.
We hope you will come and visit us at the distillery - and buy a bottle of Nostalgin, of course! While we won't have tastings right away, several Millport bars will be carrying our gin so we hope you will support local business
and order a Nostalgin and tonic.
Our plan is to be open every day from 11am to 5pm.
Come early, come often and if you want a bottle of our first batch, make sure you come quickly as we have less than 200 bottles available.
For those of you who chose the first batch as your crowdfund reward, your bottle will be saved for you and available for pickup in our shop from September 16th.
